Do your clubs come completely assembled?

YES Assembled Clubs Do! All of our assembled clubs come fully assembled and ready to play. Once you recieve your club you can play that day with it. Most photos on the site only show club heads because we want to avoid confusion about what shaft and grip comes with the club. We also sell just the heads you can find them under the Golf Components section.

Which clubs would you recommend for a beginner or a higher handicap?

Most all of our clubs, with only a few of exceptions, will be perfect for the "Beginner to Average" golfer. All the products we make have game improvement technologies and design concepts which will make you a better golfer. (cavity back irons, perimeter weighting, low center of gravity.) The best way to decide what club to buy is to answer this simple question: What name brand club do you like the looks of? The advice we give to you is go to your local golf course or store and look at the name brand clubs. When you like the looks and feel of a specific model, that is the one you should be looking at. Liking the way the clubs looks and feels is very important.

How long is a golf club?

There is no standard for golf club lengths in the golf industry. Every manufacturer has there own standard they build there golf clubs to. The standard length we use could be different than your current clubs or even your buddy's clubs so if you are trying to match a length use the length chart as a referance. The measurement is made with the club in "address position" (clubhead resting on the floor, grip end in your hands). When will I recieve my clubs?

Assembly Time:
a. Normal assembly time is 2-5 business days. Normal business days are Monday through Friday. If a nationally recognized holiday falls on a normal business day, the day will be considered a holiday.
b. Custom club assembly is a craft and not an exact science. We do not have an assembly line ran by robots. Our club technicians take great pride in their work and their priority is to assemble a club correctly and not hurry it along to meet a production schedule.
c. In peak ordering times of the year, such as Christmas, the normal assembly schedule may extend up to 4 extra business days. Our club technicians are asked never to sacrifice quality by speeding up assembly.
d. In cases where an assembled item has a defect in assembly, the assembly timeframe will be extended. We ask our club technician to make sure clubs are built to the highest standard before shipment, even if it requires occasional reworking and new assembly of orders.
Shipping Time:
Most UPS shipments will make it to you in less than 5 business days. In some cases it can take as long as 7 business days, but this is very rare.
